Our Founder
Mindful Yoga Collective was founded by Greeshma, a highly skilled Physiotherapist with extensive experience in yoga and mindfulness practices. Greeshma's background in Physiotherapy and Occupational Rehabilitation gives her a deep understanding of the human body and its mechanics, whilst aligning this with workplace health and safety experience. As a result, you can be sure the yoga programs are not only effective but also safe and accessible to individuals of all levels.
