  • For Corporate and Private sessions, we can arrange for a set of high-quality mats and props for smaller groups. For larger corporate classes, we typically recommend that participants bring their own mats, or we can assist your company in sourcing a permanent kit for the office.

  • Very little! We are experts at adapting to boardrooms, cleared breakrooms, or even rooftop spaces. If space is tight, we also offer "Chair Yoga" and Ergonomic workshops that require no extra room at all.
